I'm Léonore, a French-American videographer based in Denver, specializing in employer brand and company culture storytelling. My approach is simple: I bring a documentary eye to the business world. I don't just capture what your company does, I reveal who your people are and why they show up every day.
My background shapes how I work
After earning my degree in film production in France, I spent three years as an in-house video project manager at a recruitment agency. That experience taught me something crucial: the best employer brand videos aren't polished corporate ads, they're authentic glimpses into a company's soul. They show the humans behind the business, the culture that makes people want to stay, the details that make your workplace uniquely yours.

I combine cinematic storytelling with real understanding of workplace dynamics and employer branding strategy.
