Amarris reached out to create a bold, unconventional employer brand video, far from the usual accountant clichés. I pitched three original script ideas, and they chose the most daring: a vintage, old-school character arriving in a vibrant, modern workplace to playfully highlight the gap between stereotype and reality.
I handled the full creative direction: scripting, storyboarding, organizing the shoot across several locations, and bringing in a professional makeup artist and hairstylist to elevate the production.
